Privacy Policy
Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process data only on the basis of applicable legal provisions, in particular the GDPR and Austrian telecommunications law. This privacy policy explains the most important aspects of data processing on this website.
1. Which data is processed?
Within the TRA INFO HUB, personal data is stored and processed only for registered TRA coordinators and users who need an account. Regular visitors without TRA responsibilities are not permanently stored as personal users.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data is processed to assign TRA activations and extensions to responsible persons and organisations, to manage user accounts and to support password reset functionality. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Storage Period
Personal data is stored for the duration of account use. To preserve traceability of historical TRA activations, completed activations remain stored. If a user account is deactivated, email address and optional phone number are removed where applicable. Technical and usage logs may be retained for up to three years where necessary.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
Data stored in the system is used only to support the transmission of TRA activations to third parties, such as XContest, where configured. No further transfer or processing takes place without consent or legal obligation.
6. Hosting and Processors
This website is hosted on a privately rented server in Germany with Hetzner Online GmbH. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.
7. Cookies and Matomo
This website uses technically necessary cookies for login sessions and user settings. Access statistics are collected with a self-hosted Matomo instance. IP addresses are anonymised before storage, no user profiles are created and no external tracking services are used.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection under the GDPR. You can edit or delete your personal account data yourself where the system allows it, or contact m.schuessler@airspace.at.
9. Complaint
If you believe that processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
10. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated whenever legal requirements or platform functionality change. The current version is available on this website.
